Are you an experienced Email & CRM Executive whose thrives in driving campaigns and strategy management?
As a Email & CRM Executive at you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and executing email marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and drive revenue growth.
You will work closely with the marketing team to deliver personalised and relevant communication to our customers while optimizing customer journeys across various touchpoints.
As a member of the marketing team, you’ll take the lead on all Email & CRM activity for the Ocean Florida brand including campaign marketing and customer journey communications. You’ll leverage email to help provide a personalised, smooth and enjoyable experience for all customers across various points in the journey.
Responsibilities will include
- CRM Strategy Development: Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyse email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversions, and revenue for Ocean Florida consumer and trade brands and Ocean Beds (largest supplier of Florida villa vacation homes). Plan and execute ad hoc upsell campaigns for sales.
- Segmentation and Personalisation: Create customer segments based on data analysis and implement personalised communication strategies for each segment.
- Automated Marketing Workflows: Build and manage automated customer journey workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimise email content, subject lines, and other campaign elements for improved performance.
- Data Analysis: Regularly analyse CRM and email marketing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Customer Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of CRM and email marketing initiatives.
- Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling email content.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting the impact of CRM and email marketing efforts on business goals.

You must also have:
- Proven experience in CRM, email marketing, and direct mail, preferably in the B2C travel industry.
- Proficiency with CRM software and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Dot Digital. Web Flow desired but not essential)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Adept at A/B testing and campaign optimization for email and direct mail.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and email marketing/direct mail best practices.
- Experience segmenting databases
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Please note this is a hybrid role and you will be required to work from our office in Romford twice a week
