About The Role

What will you be doing?

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented iVector Systems & Content Coordinator to play a key role in managing and optimizing our iVector travel booking system. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, resolving booking errors, and ensuring that all travel-related content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with our brand. This role requires strong analytical skills and an understanding of travel technology. You will collaborate across teams to support seamless operations and deliver a high-quality booking experience for both internal stakeholders and customers.

Operations

  • Queue management of failed booking elements.
  • Quality Control of existing bookings placed by agents.
  • Resolve system errors and booking discrepancies.

System Maintenance

  • Maintain and update hotel and property listings across multiple suppliers (including correct brand and facility attributes).
  • Implement geographical updates for new destinations and regions – following the process for mapping/importing/duplication of new hotels and other services such as transfers.
  • Update and maintain a centralized content database of imagery & written content (including the use of AI to support this task) for hotels and other travel-related products.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all content.
  • Collaborate with product/contract managers and marketing team to enhance content presentation.
  • Maintain and update system documentation, including configuration changes and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain the iVector travel booking system, ensuring seamless operation for departments across the business.

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who has the flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing and often unpredictable environment and has impeccable organisational and administrative skills. You must also have

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • Extensive experience working with iVector or a similar travel booking system.
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the travel industry, particularly in operations or sales.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms and Excel.
  • A genuine can-do attitude, enthusiasm, open-mindedness, integrity, and sense of humour
